MY ITEM HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED

You can be rest assured Next Level Laser Designs package every single item with as much care as possible, however, sometimes items become damaged in transit.

When you receive your order, it is your responsibility to ensure that you check over your order to ensure that everything is as it should be. If you find an item damaged, you will need to do the following

1- Take a photo of all of your items including the packaging it was received in and a photo of the damage. As many photos as possible means that our team will have all the information they need to assess the damage.

2 – Email these photos along with your name, address and order number to bri@nextlevellaserdesigns.com.au the subject line: Damaged Order. Our team will assist you promptly.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE RECEIVED SOMETHING IN ERROR?

Whilst we always strive to achieve 100% accuracy, we are also, human – mistakes can happen! You can be rest assured that Next Level will fix this error promptly!

When you receive your order, it is your responsibility to ensure that you check over your order to ensure that everything is as it should be. If you find an item in error, you will need to do the following

1- Take a photo of all of your items including the packaging it was received in and a photo of the incorrect item. As many photos as possible means that our team will have all the information they need to assess the situation.

2 – Email these photos along with your name, address and order number to bri@nextlevellaserdesigns.com.au with the subject line: Incorrect Order. Our team will assist you promptly.

You will need to contact our team within 5 business days of receiving your order.

ACRYLIC CARE

Acrylic is a hardwearing and resistant material when cared for properly.

  • Paper backing is best removed by carefully lifting the corner up using your fingernail or rubber thimble and carefully peeling the paper back.
  • Please only ever wash your acrylic with warm water. Solvents and cleaning products will cause the acrylic to discolour.
  • Stubborn marks or sticky residue can be removed with pure Isopropyl and a microfibre cloth.
  • Wipe clean our acrylic products gently, with a damp microfibre cloth. Never place in the dishwasher. Paper towel and tissues can scratch the surface of the acrylic.
  • Dried markers and paint can be removed simply by soaking the board in warm water to loosen it, before wiping clean.
  • Acrylic can scratch if not looked after. Avoid sliding acrylic blanks over rough surfaces and always ensure the table or bench you are placing it on is free from sand or dirt.
  • Acrylic products work best with liquid chalk markers or whiteboard markers. Ensure you are writing on the smooth side of the acrylic. Writing on the etched part may cause the etch to remain coloured.
Processing your order

Each order is processed, lasered, carefully packaged & then shipped via Australia Post.

Processing Times:

1-2 business days + postage time

Entering the correct Shipping Address is your responsibility, please ensure to check the shipping address in your confirmation order email received shortly after ordering.  If there is an error please contact bri@nextlevellaserdesigna.com.au  immediately to have the address changed.   Once your order has been shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing i can do.  If your order is sent back , you will need to pay to have it re-posted.

delivery

Once your order has been processed we will dispatch your order via Australia Post.  We will notify you (via email or text) of a tracking number shortly after your order has shipped and you can track the progress via the Australia Post Website.

Delivery Options 

PLEASE NOTE: AUSTRALIA POST NETWORK CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING DELAYS

  • ​Standard Shipping – Regular Parcel Post via Australia Post. This shipping method usually takes 3-7 days to arrive once Australia post has collected. If you require your order to arrive sooner, we recommend you choose Express Shipping.
  • Free Shipping – Regular Parcel Post via Australia Post – For orders over $150
  • Express Shipping via Australia Post – Express Post shipping usually takes around 1-2 business days to arrive once your order leaves our workshop.  If you need your order sooner, we would recommend choosing this option at checkout.

Please note shipping times are only estimated. We recommend checking the Australia Post website to see how long a parcel will take to arrive.

Next Level Laser Designs will not be held responsible for any item not arriving on time, delayed, lost or damaged in Transit.  Once your order leaves our studio, delivery times are beyond our control.

If your order has been sent to an incomplete/incorrect address, please contact us to see if your order has been returned to us.  If you would like your items to be resent, you will need to pay for shipping.

No refunds will be made if item is returned

free local pick up

I am pleased to be able to offer free local pick up. Simply choose FREE LOCAL PICK UP when checking out.

Pick ups can be made weekdays between 8am – 4.30pm (unless otherwise arranged with us) from either Smeaton Grange or Camden

Camden pick ups available after 5pm and on weekends

Please leave a comment at checkout with your preferred location. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. It is up to you to attend either location during the allocated times.

 

 

do you accept custom jobs?

Yes absolutely. This is dependent on the time and season and current workload, however, please feel free to PM us on Facebook or email us on bri@nextlevellaserdesigns.com.au. You will need an SVG for us to complete your custom design. Design fees will occur should an SVG not be provided
