The engraving process is a burning process. They are not stamped, inked, or printed on. The design is burned into the wood. Each piece and type of wood burns differently. Depending on hardness and age of the wood, the wood can burn differently with varying depths and colour of burn.
TURNAROUND: all personalised items are made in house at Smeaton Grange and generally take 3-4 days, although rush orders are no problem - we totally understand last minute !
